We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.

Accepted return cases

• Product defective or damaged on receipt

• Product not corresponding to initial order

Return periods

• You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to report any problems to boutiquespirituel@gmail.com.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned Not used, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

• Return costs are borne by the customer unless the error comes from Spiritual Boutique.

Refund or exchange

• After receiving and verifying the returned product, we offer:

  • one exchange against another article, or

  • one reimbursement under [7 to 30 days].

Non-reimbursable products

For reasons of hygiene and spiritual respect, certain products (e.g. spiritual necklaces already worn, candles used, open incense) cannot be taken over or exchanged.
