Contact, questions & delivery

Each room (minerals, orgonites, talismans, candles) is cleaned and then purified by fumigation of theoliban and white sage in our workshop, before being carefully packed. You receive it ready to be dedicated according to your own rituals.

• Lomé: at home within 24 hours (1,500 FCFA).
• Abidjan: Delivery offered the next day, or the same day in Express for any order validated before 1 p.m. (1,500 FCFA).
• Interior of Togo and Côte d'Ivoire: 48 to 72 hours via our partner agencies.
• Subregion: 3 to 5 working days depending on the capital.

In Lomé and Abidjan: you pay in cash to the courier, upon delivery of the package.

Interior of Togo: send the amount by T-Money or Moov Flooz to +228 92 00 55 78; The instructions are displayed after the command.

Interior of Côte d'Ivoire and subregion: We send you a Wave or Orange Money payment link on WhatsApp.

The proposed payment method will be displayed as soon as you choose your country and delivery.

Yes. Our packages leave under neutral packaging, without any mention of their contents outside. The label only indicates your delivery details.

You have 7 days after receipt to notify us of a return. The item must be intact, unused and in its original packaging (a lit candle, an opened incense or unsealed soap cannot be taken over). In case of damage during transport or error on our part, report it to us within 48 hours: we replace the item at our expense.

After your order, we contact you on WhatsApp to set the sessions. The practical guide is given to you at the beginning of the training.
