These terms and conditions govern sales on the site between Boutique Spirituel and any person placing an order.
Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Delivery costs are displayed before the order is validated.
The order is saved as soon as it is validated on the site. It is prepared after receipt of payment (Mobile Money) or, for payment on delivery to Lomé and Abidjan, upon confirmation by telephone. Some custom prepared parts may require an additional 24 to 48 hours of preparation.
Our ritual, mineral and talisman objects are proposed in accordance with the traditions from which they originate. Their virtues are a matter of belief and tradition: they are neither a promise of outcome nor a medical opinion, nor a substitute for the opinion of a health professional.
Orders are shipped from our Lomé and Abidjan depots, under neutral and discreet packaging.
Rates: Lomé: 1,500 CFA francs; Togo: 2,000 CFA francs; Abidjan Standard: offered; Abidjan Express: 1,500 FCFA; Côte d'Ivoire: 2,000 CFA francs; Sub-region: CFAF 5,000.
Indicative deadlines: Lomé within 24 hours; Abidjan the next day (or the same day in Express); interior 48 to 72 hours; 3-5 working days.
You have 7 days from reception to request a return. The article must be intact, unused and in its original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, lit candles, incense, unsealed soaps and worn jewellery cannot be taken back.
In case of breakage during transport or reference error, report it within 48 hours (photo supported): we replace the item at our expense or refund you.
Your contact information is only used to process your order and deliver you. They are neither sold nor sold. You can at any time request their deletion by writing to us.
Mobile Money payments (T-Money, Flooz, Wave, Orange Money) are made directly on your operator's application: the store never has access to your secret code.
