1. Subject matter
These General Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of Spiritual Boutique and its customers as part of the sale of products offered on the e-commerce site.
2. Products
Our spiritual products (collars, talismans, candles, orgonites, etc.) are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, there may be minimal differences between the photo and the actual product.
3. Command
The customer validates his order after completing all the necessary information (name, address, means of payment).
Order confirmation is valid for acceptance of these GTCs.
Spiritual Boutique reserves the right to refuse any order in case of dispute with a customer.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in CFA francs and include all applicable taxes.
Delivery costs are specified before the final validation of the order.
Spiritual Boutique reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order.
Payment methods accepted: Mobile Money, credit card, transfer (depending on the options available on the site).
Transactions are secured and no bank data are kept by Spiritual Boutique.
6. Delivery
The delivery is made at the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order.
Delays vary according to the delivery area, but Spiritual Boutique undertakes to ship orders as soon as possible.
In case of delay, the customer will be informed.
7. Returns and refunds
If the delivered product is defective or does not match the order, the customer has [7 to 14 days] to report the problem by email to boutiquespirituel@gmail.com.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
The refund or exchange will be made after receipt and verification of the returned product.
The return fee shall remain at the customer's expense unless we err.
8. Liability
Spiritual Boutique cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products.
The proposed spiritual products have value symbolic, spiritual and energybut do not replace medical or professional treatment.
9. Data protection
The personal information collected is necessary for the processing of the order and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation in force. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority before any legal action.
